We're hiring a support housekeeper to join our small team at Mountaintop Off Grid Resort & Spa -- a premium off-grid resort on 160 acres just up Nicholson Creek Road outside Rock Creek.
The role: You'll work alongside our Cleaning & Turnover Lead on cabin turnovers, linen resets, spa and showerhouse cleaning, and keeping our property guest-ready to a high hospitality standard. Our cabins include loft sleeping areas accessed by ladder -- you need to be comfortable with that and physically up to a full cleaning day.
Schedule: Sunday and Monday availability is preferred but willing to explore options. Beyond that, you'll typically pick up 2 additional shifts per week, averaging around 20 hours total. Scheduling is driven by guest occupancy and turnovers. This role will likely grow into a full time opportunity as we approach summer and the plan is to carry that on through the winter.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in housekeeping, resort/hotel cleaning, or property care
- Is physically fit and comfortable working in tight and elevated spaces
- Has their own reliable vehicle (we're up a rural road -- no transit access)
- Takes real pride in leaving a space immaculate
- Is self-motivated, dependable, and easy to work with
