The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Technical Recruiter to manage the front end of our talent acquisition process. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging high-caliber candidates, with a heavy emphasis on Salesforce-specific roles such as Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Chief Delivery Officers.
You will serve as our primary talent scout, tasked with identifying passive candidates and "hunter" style sales professionals who possess a proven track record of net-new logo generation and quota overachievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Targeted Sourcing: Proactively source technical and leadership candidates across all business verticals using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and alternative sourcing channels.
- Salesforce Focus: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of specialized talent within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Candidate Qualification: Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate experience, technical baseline, and cultural fit before presenting them to leadership.
- Sales Talent Identification: Specifically seek out and engage high-performing, "hunter" style sales candidates with proven revenue-generation metrics.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and pipeline status within our internal tracking systems.
- Market Mapping: Provide continuous feedback on market trends, candidate availability, and compensation expectations in various regions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Sourcer, or Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally with a background in IT, SaaS, or technical recruitment.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (or a strong, demonstrated ability to quickly learn technical role requirements).
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently engage North American professionals.
- A strong "hunter" mentality of your own when it comes to tracking down hard-to-find candidates.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
