About the Opportunity: The Communications Fundraising Associate is a project champion for crafting annual public awareness strategies for enVision and enVision Foundation. This role oversees fundraising events and nurtures relationships with individual and corporate donors. The incumbent will also responsible in developing comprehensive communication plans and managing donor engagement to support enVision's mission and vision.
Qualifications-
Educational background in areas such as Communications, Business Management, Marketing, Multimedia Arts. Combination of work experience will be considered.

Experience in Donor Relations, Fundraising, Project Management is an asset

Effective relationship builder with ability to approach and enlist support from varied stakeholders.

Ability to articulate a belief of inclusion and belonging for all citizens.

Ability and commitment to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to set priorities in a busy multi-faceted position.

Proficient in use of social media to promote a social cause.

Ability to lead a campaign in all mediums of Digital and in-person initiatives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva, with database experience an asset.

Manitoba 5 Full Driver License and access to a reliable vehicle.

Clear Adult & Child Abuse Registry and satisfactory Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector. Document will be considered current if obtained no more than 3 months prior to start of employment.

Manual dexterity to use desktop/laptop computer or any similar equipment

Working Environment: 100% on-site

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

Work Location: Head office at Steinbach, with periodical visits in different facilities of the organization across Niverville, St. Anne, La Broquerie, and Steinbach.

Hours of Work: 75 hours bi-weekly, Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm (with flexibility of schedule, occasional evening and weekend work)

Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
