Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Demonstrate strong hands-on culinary skills and experience
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, including all workstations and equipment
- Adhere to all food safety and proper food handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment (required)
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (weekends required)
