The Opportunity
Every harvest has a rhythm. The early mornings, the steady hum of engines, the movement of grain from field to bin to destination, it all depends on the people behind the wheel who keep things moving.
At Seed Source, the Semi-Truck Driver is more than a driver. You’re a key part of the operation that connects the work in the field to the broader agricultural supply chain. When you’re hauling a load, you’re not just transporting product, you’re helping deliver the results of an entire season’s effort.
Some days start before sunrise, mapping out routes and preparing your truck for the road ahead. Other days are spent moving between fields, yards, and delivery points, adapting to weather, timing, and the pace of the season. In between, you’ll be hands-on: helping load and unload, checking equipment, and making sure everything runs the way it should.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work. Someone who values well-maintained equipment, clear communication, and being part of a team that depends on each other. It’s steady, purposeful work with variety built into every day and a direct connection to the land, the people, and the outcome.
If you’re looking for a role where your work is tangible, your impact is immediate, and no two days look exactly the same, this is where you’ll find it.
