We are looking for:
· 2+ years in painting industry with minimum 1 year of spraying experience.
· Energetic, hard working, great attitude, committed individuals.
· Can lead people
· Strong attention to detail
· Must be comfortable working with ladders and at heights. Valid working at heights certification is an asset.
· Works safely and smart.
· Must be physically fit.
· Must be able to work well with others in a team environment (Team Players).
· Motivated individuals who take pride in their work.
· Reliable and dependable people.
· Flexibility of working days & some weekends
· You have your own vehicle and driver's license (G) (clean abstract).
Job Description
· Could potentially lead a team/ crew of 4
· Spray applied painting using specialized equipment
· Job-site quality control
· Surface preparation
· Pressure Washing of surfaces
· Tool and equipment maintenance
· Follow Spray-Net production standards
· Follow health and safety standards and regulations

Looking for people with experience in but not limited to:
· Painting and finishing, General renovations, construction, prepping, taping, caulking application, roofing , siding and eaves trough installation.... (hands on people)

This position is for our Hamilton location. The work area will cover the Hamilton, Niagara and Waterloo Regions.
Full time hours – work about 8-10 out of 14 days depending on the weather.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
