Job Summary
We are searching for a skilled and reliable Class 1A Driver to join our team. The right person will be hauling sour fluid in the Maidstone, SK area with a daytime schedule of 7 on and 7 off. Needing someone ASAP! Competitive wages, bonuses and more!
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 1A commercial truck
- Load and unload sour fluid oil and water
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate logs
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during transportation
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and owner
Qualifications
- Valid Class 1A commercial driver’s license (CDL) with clean driving record
- First aid, H2S
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting is desirable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- must have some techy skills for tablet and printer
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Prior experience in commercial driving and hauling fluid is nice but training can be applied for the right candidate.
