Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces. This role is essential in providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and presentation are upheld. The Housekeeper will work efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established procedures
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, dust surfaces, and clean windows as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries during cleaning tasks
- Maintain a stock of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used properly and stored securely
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned
- Ensure all cleaning activities are completed within designated timeframes to meet operational standards
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to report issues or concerns promptly
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
