Position Overview
Vantage Jobs is seeking a Volunteer HR Advisor to support our recruitment initiatives, volunteer engagement, and organizational growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional, HR student, career professional, or someone looking to gain leadership experience while contributing to a growing community-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with posting job opportunities and content on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Support employer outreach through email communication and follow-ups
- Participate in job fairs and networking events (where applicable)
- Assist in promoting Vantage Jobs services and building employer relationships
- Participate in team discussions and provide ideas and suggestions
- Provide guidance on recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Assist with reviewing resumes and screening candidates.
- Support volunteer and practicum recruitment efforts.
- Participate in interviews and candidate evaluations.
- Help develop HR processes, templates, and best practices.
- Provide recommendations on employee and volunteer engagement initiatives.
- Contribute ideas to support organizational growth and community impact.
- Attend occasional virtual team meetings.
- Support administrative tasks related to HR and recruitment.

Eligibility Requirements
- Background in Human Resources, Recruitment, Business Administration, or a related field.
