What we are looking for:
* Experience in steel wall pool construction (preferred but not mandatory)
* Landscape construction experience - Hardscaping, carpentry, equipment operation.
* Valid driver's license with clean record
Compensation will based on experience - minimum starting wage is $30/hour plus benefits after three months of successful employment.

Project & Crew Management:
- Achieving annual landscaping installation target
- Hands-on construction work while leading crew
- Lead crew with daily tailgate talks and project briefings
- Ensure efficient preparation of tools, materials, and rentals
- Maintain equipment and conduct quality control
- Review sites, plans, and pricing before crew arrival
- Implement safety measures and SOPs
Customer & Administrative:
- Provide daily project updates to customers
- Handle project changes and maintain professional communication
- Schedule and manage 40-hour work weeks for crew
