- Assist with the installation and servicing of HVAC systems in residential settings.
- G3 License (required)
- Support senior technicians in troubleshooting system issues.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all tasks.
- Help interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
- Contribute to team efforts to complete projects on time.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills.
- Previous experience or training in HVAC or related fields is preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license is an asset.
