Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be working alongside our stellar reception team, providing clients with exceptional care. Your ability to multitask and communicate effectively will be essential in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and their pets.
Shifts are for evenings and Saturdays mostly.
Duties
As a Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
- Clinic maintenance and housekeeping.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing information about services offered.
- Processing patient records and maintaining accurate files for all patients.
- Handling billing, payments, and insurance claims with attention to detail.
- Collaborating with team members to provide the best care for our patients.
- Cross training is available into the Veterinary Assistant role - allowing you to work alongside our RVTs and DVMs.
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A passion for animal care and welfare, demonstrating empathy towards both pets and their owners.
- Passion for organization and cleanliness is a plus!
