Part-time Lifeguards/ Swim Instructors
Day, Evening & Weekend Shifts Available – Location: BGC London
5-10 positions available / September 2026 – June 2027
Pay Rate: $19.85 to $20.60
The Boys & Girls Club London is seeking qualified and driven individuals who have a passion for aquatics, fitness, and community service to fill the role of Lifeguard/Swim Instructors with our aquatics team. We are specifically looking for mornings, daytime and weekend availability - perfect for college/university students and adults who are looking for a flexible, part-time work schedule.
The successful candidate(s) for this position will possess the following qualifications:
v Current National Lifeguard Service and Lifesaving Society Swim Instructors
v Current Intermediate First Aid with CPR & AED Level C certification
v Police Vulnerable Sector Clearance issued by local police station
v Provide progressive swimming instruction to children
v Demonstrate strong leadership, customer service and communication skills
v Experience in program planning implementation and evaluation
v Ability to teach Aqua fit to Seniors an asset
