Carpentry
Position Summary:
The individual will need to be willing to travel and work a variety of shifts to accommodate the schedules of our projects. We are specifically looking for individual that are versed in carpentry skills and is a multi-talented individual that has experience in the field.
Location: Toronto (GTA), Niagara, Windsor, London. Occasionally, Ottawa.
Salary: $40.00 per hour
Education:
- Minimum requirement of high school diploma
Requirements
- 5 plus years of carpentry
Languages
- English is required
- Albanian is an asset
Requirements
- Owns a basic tool set and can work hand and power tools competently & safely
- Performs general carpentry work in the alteration, repair and maintenance of buildings, floors, roofs, stairways, partitions, doors, windows, wooden fixtures, furniture, concrete forms, balcony restorations, balcony structures, etc.
- Build foundations, install supports/beams, lay subflooring and erecting walls/support structures and roof systems.
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans, construction drawings and assembly instructions.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Health & Safety focused.
- Organized individual with the ability to professionally and efficiently handle multiple tasks on various projects.
- Eye for detail, with problem solving & team focused skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills

Working condition and Physical Capabilities
- 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
- Handling heavy loads
