Ideal candidate for this position will be a high energy team player. Great eye for detail with a passion to provide a top quality finished product. Willingness to learn new skills and share their skills with others. Must be able to work safely in various outdoor weather conditions. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in roofing installation and repairs. MUST HAVE ADEQUATE EXPERIENCE AND SKILL INSTALLING STRAIGHT-CUT AND SHARKSTOOTH WALL FLASHING.

Job Responsibilities:
- Safe setup and use of ladders, hand tools and other equipment
- Cut/Handle/Form new materials fit to job specifications
- Collection of construction waste and maintenance of clean job site
- Learn new skills of the trade as they are taught to you
- Work in various weather condition with a positive attitude
- Proper use of PPE and other safety equipment
Job Qualifications:
- Must have valid G class drivers license
- Must have valid working at heights certification (or ability to obtain one)
- Must be able to lift heavy materials and equipment
