What You’ll Do
- Lead a team on residential landscape construction projects
- Read and interpret landscape plans
- Operate a variety of equipment with confidence
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure project timelines are met
- Maintain strong communication with clients and the team
- Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs and physical outdoor work
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading a landscape construction crew
- A strong team player with a “we all win together” attitude
- Confident using equipment and solving problems on the fly
- Great communicator who’s client-focused and dependable
- Comfortable directing subcontractors on site
Qualifications
- G class driver’s license with clean driving record (required)
- AR license with Z endorsement (preferred)
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 10-hour shifts
- No weekends
