We are hiring a full-time Bobcat / Skid Steer Operator for landscaping, grading, cleanup, and property maintenance work in Hamilton. This role is for someone who is comfortable operating a Bobcat/skid steer safely and can also help with general landscaping work when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Bobcat/skid steer for grading, moving soil, cleanup, loading, and site preparation
- Assist with landscaping work including sod prep, soil removal, grading, mulch, planting, trimming, and general cleanup
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
- Work safely around vehicles, curbs, sidewalks, plazas, and job sites
- Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized
- Follow directions and complete work properly and efficiently
- Help with mowing, trimming, and general landscape maintenance when required
Requirements:
- Bobcat/skid steer operating experience required
- Valid driver's license required
- Machinery/equipment experience required
- Landscaping, construction, grading, or property maintenance experience is an asset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
- Able to do physical outdoor work safely
Pay starts at $25 per hour.
