Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional physiotherapy care through thorough injury assessments, hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise prescription, and full-body movement optimization.
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and confidential clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide the highest quality care and achieve the best outcomes for our athletes and families.
- Participate in team mentorship, staff meetings, continuing education opportunities, and social media initiatives.
- Build and maintain your caseload through excellent patient care, with clinic support for client scheduling and rebooking.
- Use the Jane App platform for scheduling and charting (experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right candidate).
- Enjoy a fully furnished treatment room with most treatment supplies provided. We’re also happy to work with you to accommodate additional equipment or supplies that support your practice.
- Gain valuable experience working with athletes while accumulating hours toward your Sport Physiotherapy designation. Additional outreach and event coverage opportunities are available throughout the year.
- No cheerleading experience? No problem! We love introducing practitioners to our sport and will provide the support and education you need to feel confident.

Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Maintain current professional liability (malpractice) insurance.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Passion for helping athletes and active individuals reach their goals.
- Understanding of the athlete mindset is an asset.
- Experience or interest in concussion assessment and management is considered an asset.
- Experience with athletic taping is an asset; we’re happy to support practitioners who are eager to learn.
- Additional training or experience in therapeutic exercise prescription, proprioceptive training, strength and conditioning, or athletic rehabilitation is considered an asset.

Pay: $15,000.00-$30,000.00 per year
