What You'll Do
- Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in commercial transactions
- Work with office, retail, industrial, and investment properties
- Conduct market analysis and commercial property valuations
- Prepare and present commercial lease and purchase offers
- Attend qualified appointments with business owners and investors
- Negotiate complex commercial deals with professionalism
- Stay current on Calgary commercial market trends and zoning regulations
- Build long-term relationships with business clients and investors
What We're Looking For
- ✅ Active RECA license (or actively in the process of obtaining one) — mandatory
- Interest or experience in commercial real estate
- Hunger, drive, and a relentless desire to grow — this is a team for go-getters
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Business-minded with the ability to understand client investment goals
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
