City Centre Properties is a distinguished and reputable Halifax-based property management company, currently seeking an experienced maintenance worker. The ideal candidates will work closely with our property management team to ensure smooth operations of our buildings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience
- Must provide your own vehicle and tools
- Fall Arrest and/or WHMIS training an asset
- Must have relevant experience in carpentry, plumbing and electrical
Duties and responsibilities:
- General maintenance and repairs to residential and commercial buildings
- Drywalling
- Minor electrical
- Minor plumbing
- Basic Heat Pump and HVAC repairs and maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
- Conduct themselves in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
Must be bondable and able to provide a current criminal record check.
Compensation includes wages plus a vehicle allowance.
