We are seeking a professional, well-spoken Concierge Security Officer to join our team at a luxury residential property in downtown Vancouver. This is a suit-and-tie position, requiring a high level of professionalism, customer service, and security awareness.

Minimum Requirements
- Fluent in spoken, written, and reading English
- Minimum 1 year of concierge/security experience
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability (daytime, evenings, weekends)
- Must have a working phone with a data plan
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
- Maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Conduct detailed report writing (including Crown Counsel-level reports)
- Apply knowledge of the Criminal Code of Canada in appropriate situations (including lawful apprehensions)
- Monitor property, enforce internal policies/procedures, and ensure building security
- Demonstrate assertiveness, discipline, calmness, and respect in all interactions
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Being bilingual (in addition to English) is a strong asset
- Strong cognitive skills and experience with apprehension techniques
- Previous experience in making legal arrests is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Valid First Aid & CPR certification (asset)
- High school diploma (minimum)
