The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role is a critical liaison between CASL’s operations team and our customers. In this fast-paced environment you will efficiently and effectively strive to support customer needs within our operational framework.
Responsibilities:
·Generation of quotes and associated communications.
·Communicate with customers regarding job updates/questions/reports.
· Regularly liaise with multiple departments including Sales and technical teams.
· Work closely with production teams to facilitate, troubleshoot, and expedite special requests.
· Facilitate communication and collaboration between customers and CASL operations teams.
· Creation of incoming work orders and associated paperwork.
· Oversee vendor interaction and management.
Qualifications:
· 3 years Experience estimating and quote generation in a variety of drilling tools.
· Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings.
· Experience with Thermal Spray Coatings
· Prior experience in Sales/Customer Service and comfortable communicating to external parties.
· Proven track record of providing timely and dependable updates and solutions for customers.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail and quality.
· Ability to manage and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
· Experience with SAP not required but is a beneficial skill for the ideal candidate.
· Proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
