Responsibilities
- Support nail technicians during various treatments such as manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancement.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients from greeting to checkout
- Promote additional services and retail products through upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
- Communicate effectively with clients about their preferences, treatment options, and aftercare instructions
Requirements
- Must know and can do nail care procedures including manicures, pedicures.
- Must have atleast 3months experience doing manicures and pedicures.
- Strong communication skills to engage confidently with clients and team members
- Experience or interest in retail sales to support product recommendations and promotions
- Reliable, detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills
