At Ailm Estate, we're creating something special—and this is your opportunity to be part of it from the very beginning.
Rooted in more than a century of the Stewart family's commitment to horticulture and inspired by a deep reverence for the land, Ailm Estate represents the next chapter in a legacy of craftsmanship, sustainability, and hospitality. Named for the ancient pine tree that stands at the heart of the estate, Ailm celebrates family heritage, enduring community, and thoughtfully crafted wines.
As a member of ouroutdoor pop-up wineshop team, you'll help shape the guest experience during this exciting stage of Ailm Estate's journey. Nestled amongst the vineyards, our tasting bar blends rustic elegance with the natural beauty of South Kelowna, offering guests an intimate setting to discover our sparkling and still wines. Every conversation, tasting, and recommendation helps tell the Ailm Estate story and creates meaningful connections with our guests.
If you're passionate about hospitality, love sharing stories through wine, and want to be part of bringing a new vision to life, we'd love to meet you.
