Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Pilates techniques and be able to create an engaging and supportive environment for clients of all skill levels.
Duties
- Conduct group and individual Pilates classes, ensuring proper technique and safety for all participants.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises, fostering an inclusive atmosphere.
- Monitor members progress and provide feedback to enhance their performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
- Engage with members to build rapport, answer questions, and encourage ongoing participation in classes.
Skills
- Proficiency in English
- Pilates certification (MANDATORY)
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively engage with clients.
- Exceptional customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Effective time management skills to ensure classes run smoothly and on schedule.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
