Housekeeping Duties
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to a high standard
- Change bed linens and replenish towels and guest amenities
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas
- Restock housekeeping supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Properly clean, maintain, and store housekeeping equipment
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items as needed
- Ensure all areas are neat, organized, and guest-ready
Breakfast Service Duties
- Serve made-to-order breakfast items for guests
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Take guest orders and accommodate dietary requests when possible
- Operate a POS system and process cash, debit, and credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the breakfast area
- Assist with setup, restocking, and cleanup of breakfast service
