The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources and Payroll Manager. This entry-level role assists with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities, employee records management, payroll and benefits support, HR systems maintenance, and employee engagement initiatives across three brands. The HR Coordinator helps ensure HR processes are completed accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with organizational policies and applicable employment legislation while contributing to a positive workplace culture.
