Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the successful execution of our aerospace projects. Your responsibilities include:

Project Coordination: Efficiently coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in our complexe projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong client relationships by providing exemplary service and acting as a bridge between the clients and our organization, fostering trust and satisfaction.

Workload Definition: Clearly define project workloads, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring a structured approach to project management.

Financial Oversight: Take charge of financial aspects by managing project P&L and cash flow, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Risk Analysis and Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality in project deliverables, continuously striving to exceed client expectations.

Reporting: Provide regular, comprehensive status updates and workload assessments to the executive team, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.

Procurement Management: Oversee procurement activities and necessary supplier relationships within the defined budgetary framework, optimizing resource allocation.

Team Performance and Development: Collaborate with the HR team to enhance team performance through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering in a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position

Involvement in a structured PMO organisation

Experience in the aeronautics, defence and/or Embedded software industries

Knowledge of the V-shaped software development cycle and Agile software development methodologies

Exposure to standard DO-254 (DO-178B/C as an asset)

Experience in managing a multidisciplinary team, and suppliers

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word and PPT)

Well organized and effective at time management
-
Able to positively influence colleagues and customers to achieve desired results

Good interpersonal skills/ comfortable being in front of customers
