Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Appointment Generator to join our sales and marketing team. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using telemarketing techniques to generate new business opportunities
- Engage with potential clients through effective communication, highlighting the value of our products and services
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure alignment with sales objectives
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested prospects, ensuring a smooth transition for further engagement
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, update lead information, and manage follow-up activities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted outreach strategies
- Maintain a professional demeanor while handling objections and negotiations to secure appointment commitments
- Follow up with prospects as needed to confirm appointments and provide additional information
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales, preferably within technology or business services sectors
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English; Spanish language skills are advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships and drive results through effective outreach strategies
