Role
- Show up to work on time for you scheduled shift.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Preform weekly maintenance and cleaning on Friday.
- Put parts away in correct locations
- Load material onto tube laser using overhead crane.
- Follow tube laser schedule and priority status to cut parts in the correct sequence.
- Make sure correct material size is used and leftover material put back into storage in a safe manner (Stacked safely and secured with steel banding and replace material tag)
- Make sure all parts are cut correctly using PDF drawings to reference correct revision and dimensions. Ensure all parts are cut cleanly and all necessary knockouts have been removed.
- Any parts that do not meet quality standards because of cut quality, material defect, incorrect revision or incorrect material used must be red tagged and placed in red tag area.
- Ensure correct quantities of parts are cut as per workorder or instructions from manager or supervisors.
Shift: 5:30 am to 6:00 pm. Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Starting Rate: $25.75 / hr
Probation Increase: $0.50 / hr
Current Rate Cap: $31.50 / hr
