Licensed Condominium Manager

Qualifications & Requirements
- General Licence from the CMRAO (mandatory)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in condominium management
- Strong working knowledge of the Condominium Act
- Proven understanding of financial statements
- Experience in budget preparation and management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with property management software
