Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented construction professional to join our team as a Crew lead foreman. This role involves overseeing various aspects of construction projects, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing project timelines. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction, excellent technical skills, and the ability to supervise a team effectively.
Duties
- Lead and supervise residential and commercial fence and deck projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, and technical drawings to guide project execution.
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify that work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Assist in troubleshooting project challenges.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in construction management and related tools.
- Prior experience supervising construction teams is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have valid class 5 license
- Having your own tools is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$42.12 per hour
