Company Overview
LeaseLine Equipment & Vehicle Leasing and Metro Leasing Corp. have been trusted names in the equipment finance industry for more than 30 years. We are part of a closely connected group of businesses with shared leadership, strong values, and a long record of steady, principled growth.
Our team is small, focused, and collaborative. We take our work seriously, invest in our people, and build for the long term. We value people who bring a positive attitude, take responsibility for their work, and contribute to a professional and supportive workplace.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a full-time Tier 1 Administrator to join our Kelowna office.
This is an entry-level administrative position with genuine room to learn and advance. The successful candidate will begin by learning foundational administrative responsibilities, including digital filing, data entry, document organization, registry searches, and general finance administration.
As their knowledge and capabilities develop, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to assist with data migration, process improvement, and the implementation of new administrative automation.
We are investing in automation to increase our overall capacity and support continued growth. Our goal is to elevate our administrative positions, not eliminate them, by reducing repetitive work and creating opportunities for capable people to take on more valuable and interesting responsibilities.
The right person does not need extensive experience in equipment finance or administration. We can teach the technical aspects of the position. We are primarily looking for someone with the right attitude, strong learning ability, good judgment, and a genuine desire to develop.

- Assisting with the migration and validation of business data
- Helping test and implement new automated processes
- Reviewing automated outputs for accuracy and completeness
- Documenting procedures and suggesting practical improvements
- Learning more advanced Tier 2 administrative and document-control responsibilities
What We Are Looking For

- A quick learner who recognizes patterns and retains new information
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
- Willing to help teammates and contribute to a collaborative office
