Overview
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Nail Technician to join our beauty team. In this role, you will provide professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with health regulations
- Provide personalized consultations to clients to recommend suitable nail treatments and products
- Upsell retail products related to nail care and skincare to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and building strong client relationships
- Assist clients with body waxing services when qualified and trained to do so
- Educate clients on proper nail maintenance and aftercare instructions
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilized after each use
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a salon setting
- Knowledge of various nail techniques, products, and current trends in nail care
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally
- Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols
- Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining genuine customer care
- Experience with body waxing is a plus but not required; training can be provided if necessary
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
