Job Description: As a Fence Builder at Fence Material Supply, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of fencing projects, including but not limited to:
- Precise measurement and installation of fences to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure flawless fence construction.
- Providing expert guidance in the use of power tools for fence installation.
- Leading projects with minimal supervision to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion.
- Maintaining meticulous attention to detail throughout all phases of fencing projects.
Qualifications: We are seeking a motivated individual who possesses the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in the construction industry, particularly in fence building and landscaping.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role, showcasing strong leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in using various power tools and the ability to train others in their usage.
- Capability to independently complete projects and deliver outstanding results.
