Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and order in various commercial or residential spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional setting with a focus on quality service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other necessary items
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used properly and maintained in good condition
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment during cleaning tasks
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality of service
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus but not required

Pay: $19.25-$19.50 per hour
