Independent Business Development Partner – Construction & Safety Industry Commission-Based Independent Contractor Opportunity British Columbia | Flexible Schedule | Remote / Field-Based
NextGen Safety Training Services is seeking an independent business development partner to help expand our client base throughout British Columbia. We provide safety training services for companies requiring practical and regulatory training, including: Forklift Training, Telehandler Training, Overhead Crane Training Fall Protection Training, Scissor Lift / Boom Lift Training, WHMIS Training, Respirator Fit Testing and Related Safety Programs.
This opportunity is intended for an independent contractor who already has experience, relationships, or familiarity within construction, industrial, manufacturing, trades, staffing, HR, or safety-related industries. We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, develop relationships, and introduce our services to companies that regularly require safety training.
Compensation Structure Compensation is entirely commission-based with no cap on earnings.
Monthly commission structure: First $5,000 in monthly sales: 15% commission Monthly sales from $5,001–$10,000: 18% commission Monthly sales above $10,000: 20% commission Additional monthly new-account bonuses: 5 new company accounts opened in a month: +$250 bonus 10 new company accounts opened in a month: +$500 bonus Commission payments: 50% of earned commission is paid once the client contract is confirmed and the required deposit is received Remaining commission is paid once the client's invoice has been paid in full.
