As the Fixed Operations Manager, you'll lead the overall performance, profitability, and success of Dartmouth Mitsubishi's Service and Parts Departments. You'll build a high-performing team, establish operational standards, and create a customer-first culture that delivers an exceptional ownership experience.
Responsibilities include:
Leading daily operations of the Service and Parts Departments while driving profitability and efficiency
Recruiting, coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing Service and Parts team members
Establishing processes, procedures, and performance standards for a brand-new dealership
Monitoring key performance indicators and creating action plans to improve results
Driving service retention, customer satisfaction, labour sales, and department growth
Maximizing technician productivity, service efficiency, and repair order value
Managing parts inventory, purchasing, inventory turns, and profitability
Overseeing warranty processes to ensure accurate submissions and timely reimbursement
Partnering with Sales to support vehicle reconditioning and dealership-wide success
Leading team meetings, coaching sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensuring compliance with OEM standards, safety regulations, and dealership policies
Proven leadership experience within automotive Fixed Operations, Service, or Parts management
Strong understanding of dealership service and parts operations
Ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing teams
Strong business acumen with a focus on profitability and operational results
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Customer-first mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Experience with DMS systems, CRM platforms, and dealership reporting tools
