Morwood Properties Ltd. is looking for 1 permanent full-time employee who is energetic, professional, outgoing, and a self-starter.
The employee’s main focus will be to operate That Storage Place, which is a state-of-the-art self storage facility located on the South Service Road in Regina. The employee is also expected to aid in condominium management as requested.
Salary: $15.35 per hour
Start: Immediate
Office Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00am-4:00pm
Please note that this position does not offer visa sponsorship. Only candidates with existing authorization to work in Canada will be considered.
What we’re looking for:
- Honest, reliable, and detailed oriented
- 1 year Customer Service experience in retail sales
- Superb customer service skills & commitment to client satisfaction
- Strong time management skills
- A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
- Proficient computer skills (MS-Office, keyboarding and internet savvy)
- Willing and able to perform cleaning duties and work outdoors
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Availability Monday to Friday, open to potential weekend shifts (occasional emergency work outside of scheduled hours)
- High school diploma
What’s expected of you:
- Adhere to all policies and procedures
- Able to walk, stand, climb, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Professionalism and courtesy in every interaction
- Perform daily facility inspections
- Keep interior/exterior property clean (doors, floors, walls, stairs, common surface areas, driveways, washrooms and basic snow removal)
- Listen attentively and communicate effectively to clients
- Set-up/update client accounts; receive payments; and conduct move out inspections
- Answer emails and phone calls
- Knowledgeable about our products and promote the sale of merchandise
- Balance cash float daily and complete nightly reports
- Assist with condominium management
- Other duties as requested
