Internal Marketing and Creative Content Specialist
Position Overview
The Internal Marketing and Creative Content Specialist supports the creative and marketing efforts of Dr. Marketing and all affiliated in-house brands through social media management, graphic design, branding, promotional materials, content creation, and campaign support. This role is responsible for helping maintain a strong and consistent brand presence across digital, print, video, email, and promotional platforms.
This position is ideal for a highly creative, organized, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys balancing content creation, design, branding, and marketing support across a variety of projects and brands.
Key Responsibilities:-
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Manage and schedule content across Dr. Marketing’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube
- Assist with social media campaigns, content calendars, engagement, and trend research
- Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters with graphics and promotional content
Graphic Design & Creative Production
- Create graphics and branded content for social media, presentations, proposals, email marketing, and internal campaigns
- Design brochures, flyers, posters, banners, signage, referral cards, and other print and digital marketing materials
- Develop promotional product artwork including apparel, giveaways, tote bags, pens, and event merchandise
- Prepare print-ready and production-ready artwork files
Branding & Campaign Support
- Maintain brand consistency across all agency and client-facing materials
- Support trade shows, conferences, and events through booth graphics, signage, and promotional materials
- Assist with campaign ideation, creative brainstorming, and seasonal promotions
- Organize and maintain branding files, templates, and creative assets
Collaboration & Project Management
- Collaborate with account managers and marketing team members on creative projects and campaign execution
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Stay updated on design trends, marketing strategies, and creative best practices
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve creative processes and campaign performance
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
- Experience managing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube
- Experience with print design and production processes
- Basic understanding of email marketing platforms and campaign coordination
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Experience in marketing, branding, or agency environments preferred

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
