Duties
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring quick and friendly service
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision, adhering to cash handling procedures
- Conduct product demos and upselling to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability during your shift
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering product recommendations in multiple languages if applicable
- Manage time effectively to complete all cashiering tasks efficiently during overnight hours
- Follow phone etiquette standards when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in transactions
- Ability to perform basic merchandising tasks and conduct product demos confidently
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude and active listening skills
- Capable of working independently during night shifts with good time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment
