Physiotherapist (Full/Part Time) – North Burnaby
$120,000–$180,000+ annually potential
Guaranteed income available during your first 3 months
Most physiotherapists don't leave a clinic because they stop loving physiotherapy.
They leave because they've outgrown the environment around them.
Maybe you've spent the last few years building your skills, developing confidence as a clinician, and creating meaningful results for your clients. You know how to build rapport, create treatment plans that work, and earn the trust of the people who walk through your door.
Now you're looking for a clinic that supports the next stage of your career.
At Forge Health, we're building a team of clinicians who care deeply about their craft, value collaboration, and want the freedom to practice in a way that feels authentic to them.
Whether you're an experienced physiotherapist looking for a long-term professional home or a newer graduate seeking mentorship and support, we'd love to connect.

Rather than focusing on a narrow niche, we value clinicians who enjoy treating a broad range of conditions and demographics while developing their own clinical interests over time.
What Makes This Opportunity Different
We invest heavily in marketing, community relationships, and referral development so our practitioners can focus on what they do best: providing excellent care.
You won't be expected to build a caseload from scratch.
Instead, we'll provide a steady stream of new clients and support you in developing a caseload that grows through strong client experience, retention, and word-of-mouth referrals.
