We're looking to fill a management position here at Mr Mikes Langford. This position can be salaried (based on experience) or paid at an hourly rate of $19/hr. We are mainly looking for people who have experience in the industry and are looking to take on new responsibilities and take a step towards making this industry their career. This position includes serving shifts so you are still able to take a section most days!
Responsibilities in this position would include:
-Floor leading and closing 2-4 nights a week
-Communicating promotions and contests to staff on a daily basis
-Building and Maintaining relationships with guests
-Demonstrating personal integrity, business ethics, conflict resolution skills and problem solving skills
