We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
- Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Support administrative tasks such as preparing and proofreading documents, and managing correspondence
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient office workflow and timely completion of tasks
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong computer skills including data entry, document proofreading, and file management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and document proofreading
