In This Role, You Will:
- Clean, disinfect, and prepare horse stalls (mucking, bedding, hand-washing walls, stripping and re-bedding for new patients)
- Feed and water patients per veterinary instructions; groom horses as directed
- Maintain cleanliness of barn aisles, outdoor pens, parking lots, and common areas
- Transport hay and manage feed/shavings inventory, including placing supply orders
- Operate equipment (lawn tractors, skid steers) safely
- Empty and manage waste and recycling bins

What You Bring:
- Previous experience working with horses is needed
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to learn and retain information, including vital biosecurity measures
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanour
The Details:
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm
- Part-time: Weekends and holidays, 6:30am - 3:00pm
