We are currently recruiting for Field Service Equipment Technician for a short term 12-16 week period to work under the direction of Manager, Field Services. In this role you will support CareRx service offering by implementing, maintaining and servicing pharmacy equipment and supplies. The Field Service Technician will attend service calls, deliveries, and pick ups as required. You will be required to have a clean drivers abstract and able to drive a vehicle the size of a Sprinter van.
Your Day To Day
- Set up medication/treatment carts, and other pharmacy provided equipment/supplies with applicable documentation for deployment at facilities
- Troubleshoot and record service calls over the phone
- Sourcing/ordering and tracking parts required for ongoing equipment/supply maintenance when required
- Follow up with parts/equipment sent to the homes
- Support the onboarding and off boarding of homes
- Pre-stage equipment for delivery such as: fax machines, fridges, medication carts, etc.
- Track and record CareRx assets to Salesforce inventory
- Reconditioning and storing equipment/supplies for future use
- Miscellaneous support functions as required

Compensation Range: $23.00 per hour
Location: You will be required to drive 5 days a week during regular business hours.
