Albany Medical Clinic is a large family practice of 40 family doctors who provide services to over 50,000 patients in the East Toronto community.
We also have a busy Physiotherapy office providing OHIP funded treatment to over 2000 patients per year, and are adding an assistant to the support team. This is a patient facing role, requiring excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This is a full time, in person role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Patient Appointment Booking
- Patient Pre-Check-in Review (1 day prior to visit)
- Patient Check-In & Demographic Update
- Room & Patient Preparation
- Aide Physiotherapist
- Respond to Patient Phone Inquiries
- Duties as required/assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- College diploma in healthcare related field is an asset.
- Knowledge of Telus PSS is an asset

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
