Oenomel Chocolate is an award-winning Vancouver artisan chocolate company creating handcrafted chocolates inspired by botanicals, teas, spices, and local ingredients. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Artisan Chocolatier to join our growing production team.
Schedule
- 4 days per week (approximately 32 hours)
- Opportunity for additional hours during holiday seasons
Responsibilities
- Temper dark, milk, and white chocolate
- Mold and demold chocolate bars and bonbons
- Prepare ganache, caramel, and praline fillings
- Package and label finished products
- Assist with inventory and production planning
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and food safety standards
- Help prepare wholesale, corporate, and market orders
Qualifications
- Experience working with chocolate or pastry production
- Comfortable working in a commercial kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Food Safe certification is an asset
