What You Will Do

Send Application packages to clients via email/mail

Complete and send correspondence to clients, legal representatives and other interested parties

Correspond with vendors for scheduling of Insurer Examinations
-
Provide department support by matching mail for claims files, distribution and response of department voicemail messages and maintenance of department software

Payment of invoices as directed by adjusters and leadership
-
New Claims set-up

The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply.
What You Have
-
Post- secondary education is required. Working towards CIP designation would be preferred
-
Minimum of 1 year claims experience or experience working within the health care industry

Strong keyboarding and data entry skills

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
-
Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
-
Strong organizational and time management skills coupled with strong decision-making skills

Experience with Microsoft Office platform
