We’re growing fast and looking for ambitious Sales Representatives to join our team on a commission basis. Your Role:
- Conduct in-home consultations with customers to assess needs and recommend window covering solutions
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demos
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions

Who We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiastic in home décor industry
- Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Quick learning capability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, persuasive, and results-oriented
- Previous sales experience preferred (but not required)
- Comfortable working independently as well as a team player
- Must have access to a phone, computer, and internet
- Multicultural background welcomed
